I gotta ask this question of all of the ladies freaking the hell out over the election results, those of you who are blaming everybody but yourselves, your own candidate and her campaign that couldn’t message itself out of a dry cleaning bag - get it, because of the wire hangar?. Anyways, I have to ask, did you not pay attention to the shit you’ve been saying for the last, well, decade plus?
The campaign touted celebrity endorsements from many of the same celebrities you all demanded we block back in May after the Met Gala which just means that Harris was touting the Left Them Eat Cake constituency. Were we supposed to just forgive and forget considering you ladies never let anything go?
We’ve heard endlessly about the 2005 Access Hollywood tape where Trump uttered lewd things because despite that conversation happening 11 years before he ran for President it’s relevant to his character, meanwhile none of you wanted to talk seriously about Second Gentleman Doug Emhoff slapping his ex so hard she spun around because Trump’s foul language 11 years ago was somehow relevant while Ermhoff's actual assault 12 years ago was not. We’re we supposed to conclude that when it comes to Ermhoff you can change him?
We’ve had 4 years of complaining and caterwauling about how the right doesn’t respect our “sacred Democracy” and then when the voters, en masse, reject a preferred candidate we see you ladies threatening to overturn all of society because the vote didn’t go your way. Does it not occur to you that this tactic only works once and you tried it and failed back when Roe was overturned?
But finally I want to address the issue many of you ladies seem to be focussing on, and that’s punishing men for not, somehow, managing to get every other man to do your bidding as if that’s even in the realm of possibility.
This is a point for those of you ending friendships, relations, relationships, situationships, talking phases, marriages and the like;
If you’re going to scream dumb shit at the top of your lungs such as how you’re always going to choose the bear, maybe don’t have the audacity to expect men to ignore their own self-interest just to pick you.
